3D Royal Lab Affiliate Program Terms
By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules exist to ensure the integrity of the program and protect our mutual business interests.
1. Authorized Promotion Channels
You are authorized and encouraged to share your unique referral link and code through channels where you have an established presence or audience.
Content Platforms: Social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), personal blogs, and websites.
Communities: Relevant industry forums, Discord servers, and groups where you actively participate.
Direct Communication: Email newsletters and direct sharing with clients or colleagues.
2. Prohibited Placement (Coupon Sites)
To prevent unauthorized distribution via browser extensions and automated scrapers, strict restrictions apply:
No Coupon Aggregators: You may NOT submit your code to public coupon directories, deal sites, or “discount code” repositories (e.g., RetailMeNot, OzBargain, CouponBird).
Consequences: If your code is identified on these platforms, it indicates a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to immediately void pending commissions and disable your affiliate account without prior notice.
3. Self-Referrals
The affiliate program is intended to incentivize new business referrals.
You may not use your own affiliate link or code to purchase products for your personal use.
System-detected self-referrals will not generate a commission.
4. Payouts and Schedules
Commission Holding Period: Commissions are approved 30 days after the sale date to allow for any customer returns or warranty issues.
Refund Deductions: If a referred order is refunded or charged back, the associated commission will be deducted from your balance.
5. Brand Representation
Affiliates must represent our products accurately and professionally.
You must not engage in “spam” marketing or aggressive solicitation that could damage the reputation of 3D Royal Lab.
You must disclose your affiliate status to your audience as required by local consumer laws.
6. Termination
3D Royal Lab reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time if these terms are violated or if the affiliate’s conduct is deemed detrimental to the business.
