Refund and Returns Policy

At 3D Royal Lab, we strive to provide you with high-quality, custom-made 3D printed products. However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out as planned. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns and refunds on our products.

What can be returned?

Due to the custom-made nature for some of our 3D printed products, we generally do not accept returns for a full refund. However, we are happy to work with you on the following situations:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your 3D printed product arrives damaged due to the printing process or shipping, we will gladly replace it with a new one free of charge.
  • Design Errors: If the final product does not match the design you approved, we will reprint it with the correct design at no additional cost.
  • Change of Mind: We understand that plans can change. If you change your mind about your order before we begin printing, we can offer a full refund.

What can’t be returned?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made products: Because each product is printed specifically to your design, we cannot resell them.
  • Partially used or assembled products: We cannot accept returns on products that have been partially used or assembled.
  • Items damaged due to misuse: We cannot offer refunds for products damaged due to improper handling or use.

How to initiate a return?

If you need to initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at jacal@3droyallab.com. Make sure to include the following information in your email(or your email might get missed):

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue (defective, damaged, design error, etc.)
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

We will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping for returns:

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to us. (unless other wise stated)

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
