By purchasing from 3D Royal Lab, you agree to the following terms. These rules exist to ensure clarity on what you can expect from our products and what we expect from you as a customer.
1. Orders & Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Stock Availability: While we aim to keep stock levels accurate, if an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or a backorder.
Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
2. Products & Nature of Manufacture
You acknowledge the specific nature of the goods we sell (3D Printed Parts and Custom Electronics).
3D Printed Items: Minor surface imperfections (layer lines, small artifacts) are normal in the 3D printing process and are not considered defects. We quality check every part, but they will not have the finish of mass-produced injection molding.
Electronics & Installation: Our electronic components (including sensor platforms) are intended for use by competent installers. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or misuse of the hardware.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within our stated processing times.
Liability: Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier (Australia Post, etc.), the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses will incur a re-shipping fee.
4. Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty Items: If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. You must contact us within a reasonable time of receiving the item to report the issue.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” on custom-made, 3D printed, or made-to-order electronic items. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
5. Intellectual Property
No Reproduction: You may not replicate, reverse engineer, or scan our physical products to create digital models for resale or distribution.
Designs: All designs, firmware, and branding remain the intellectual property of 3D Royal Lab.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 3D Royal Lab is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of vehicle value, or mechanical issues arising from the use or installation of our products.
Use at Own Risk: You are responsible for ensuring our products are legal and safe for use on your specific vehicle or application.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
